Details

Locking onto the Zerk with a dual-handle grip lets you pump grease with both hands while the bearing receives every drop—no mess on the machine or your hands. It threads onto any grease gun with a 1/8" NPT fitting and, with a 12,000 PSI internal seal, drives grease straight into the bearing rather than leaking around the fitting. It handles standard and metric Zerks, whether your gun is pneumatic, battery-powered, or manual.

Product demonstration

The dual-handle jaws bite onto stubborn, clogged Zerks and hold under full pressure without popping off—even when the Zerk is half-packed with old grease. The body is forged from hardened steel built for tractor work, not a chrome-plated zinc trinket, and a heavy spring keeps the jaws engaged while the inner seal sits true so grease stays where it belongs.

Three steps, no tools, no cussing: Step 1: thread onto your grease gun’s 1/8" NPT fitting; hand-tight is plenty. Step 2: press the dual handles, slip the head over the Zerk, and release—the jaws lock automatically. Step 3: pump with both hands, then lift off and move to the next fitting.

Will it fit my gun? If your tool threads 1/8" NPT, it attaches to pneumatic, battery, and manual grease guns and handles both standard and metric Zerks. For recessed fittings, pairing with a 90° adapter on your gun helps reach tractor pivots, hay rakes, and trucks. This is the coupler built for years of daily use, designed to stay on your main gun rather than be swapped out every season.

From operators with 30 Zerks on a single rig to farmers battling tight pivot fittings, the verdict is consistent: one coupler, locked on, both hands free, and every drop in the bearing. "Skeptical at first — figured the cheaper one couldn't compete with the brand-name version. Three months on the tractor pivots, the hay rake, and the truck. Not a single leak yet. Saves my cuss words for something else now."
