The ball has a 6.3" sponge core wrapped in hook-and-loop fabric, making it gentle enough for contact but sticky enough to grab the thickened flannel target as soon as it lands. It can be thrown, kicked, or headed with no fear of quick rebound or wall damage.
The target uses a loop-friendly Velcro surface so every hit sticks, eliminating the need to chase the ball. The sponge core cushions impacts to avoid dents or scrapes, while the thickened flannel absorbs hard shots and stays hung.
Setups adapt to your space: four removable adhesive hooks for indoor walls, or two ground stakes for grass. No drilling required.

- Attach the four adhesive hooks for indoor use or push in the two ground stakes for outdoor setup; no drilling required.
- Thread the four ribbons through the target corners and hang it taut.
- Give the ball to the players and step back; scoring tends to become obvious within about thirty seconds.
