The LumaSpark drawing board makes neon lines glow in real time on a clear acrylic surface, powered by a warm LED base that turns every doodle into a bright, screen-free display.
The glow is produced by an edge-lit LED base that catches pigment from the included neon markers, so what looks pastel in the hand becomes vivid neon the moment it touches the surface.
Included in the kit are erasable neon markers in greens, yellows, pinks, blues, and oranges, plus an eraser cloth and a stand. The markers wipe away cleanly with a damp cloth, leaving no ghosting or staining and a fresh canvas in seconds.
Beyond play, the board doubles as a family message board for meal planning, chore charts, or kitchen reminders that the whole household can view. It’s large enough for a full week’s schedule or a sprawling holiday scene, yet slim enough to tuck behind a monitor when not in use.
The acrylic panel slots into a sturdy base that houses a built-in LED strip, which runs warm white by default. The bottom edge lights up to illuminate every neon stroke from below, giving the ink a floating, mid-air appearance.
Power is supplied via a low-voltage USB connection, so there are no batteries to replace and no heat generation. The setup avoids small parts that could be pulled apart by young children.
When a marker touches the surface, the LED instantly lights the line, creating a real-time draw-and-glow loop that rewards hands-on drawing, helps build grip strength, and provides a tangible project to show you at a glance. No tablets needed, just glowing artwork to share.
