Reach curves and inside edges your flat sander can't touch in a single pass. EdgeMasterPro drops into the drill or rotary tool you already own and turns it into a contour sander by using an expanding rubber drum that grips the sleeve from the inside and follows the wood's shape instead of flattening it. It works on wood, metal, plastic, and glass to produce a finish-ready surface.
Flat sanders skim concave cuts, bowl interiors, and tight corners, leaving swirl marks or edges you must hand-sand. The expanding drum clamps the sleeve and stays aligned with the curve, so curves stay clean while you work.
EdgeMasterPro uses a durable aluminum alloy body and a rubber drum that grip the sleeve securely, preventing spin-out mid-pass. Drop the 1/4" hex shank into your drill or rotary tool, then choose a sleeve from ten grits to move from rough shaping to a finish-ready surface. The kit includes 1 adapter, 10 sanding sleeves (coarse to fine), 2 rubber sleeves for different contours, 2 washers, 1 lock nut, and 1 wrench.
How EdgeMasterPro Works
Step 1: Slide your chosen sleeve onto the rubber drum and lock it with the included wrench for a snug, wobble-free fit.
Step 2: Insert the 1/4" hex shank into your drill or rotary tool and select the grit for the job—coarse for shaping, fine for polish.
Step 3: Power up and guide the drum along the curve; the drum traces the contour, removing rough grain in a pass or two and leaving a finish-ready surface.

Will it fit my drill and what grits are included?
The 1/4" hex shank fits most standard drills and rotary tools; use the included wrench to lock it for a wobble-free hold. This setup works on wood, metal, plastic, and glass—just choose the appropriate grit. Ten sleeves cover coarse shaping through fine polishing, so one kit handles the entire curve job. The rubber drum expands to grip the inside of the sleeve and prevent slipping under load.
